MONTANA EFT
Affiliated with the International Centre for Emotionally Focused Therapy
Kristina holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina. She has dedicated much of her training to helping clients find authenticity in their romantic relationships. Combining the strengths of EFT and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she works on two levels with couples. At the Practical level, she teaches skills for speaking up to each other with love, finding greater tenderness and coming back into alignment after a conflict. On the Big Picture level, she helps clients gain clarity around what they long for, what they fear, and how they can grow as a person, not just a partner.
Kristina has worked with couples and individuals touched by severe trauma, addiction, infidelity, the stresses of parenthood, illness and religious oppression. She offers multi-hour intensives as well as weekly sessions, both online and in-person in Missoula, Montana.
