I am a clinical social worker who enjoys working with individuals and couples. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate growth and change in our lives. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, individuals and families to allow people to explore deeper into their emotional experiences and communicate within themselves and between each other from a place of compassion and tenderness

I feel that it is my job to bear witness to your story and offer reflection and interpretation that may allow you to see better into yourself. Approaching each individual as the primary interpreter of their own experience and leaning on the power of the therapeutic relationship I feel is key to helping one move closer to themselves as well as those most important to them.
